Luis Pinate, Founder & CEO
Jason Catlette, Executive Coach
With more than 25 years of corporate experience in different management positions. Master's degree in marketing, and other advanced studies and certifications from Harvard Business School and the University of Miami. Luis A. Pinate has been exposed to extensive professional challenges within complex organizational structures in multiple international markets such as China, Japan, the Middle East, Europe, North America, and Latin America.
His experience in international marketing and sales acknowledged him of multi-million dollar deals, mergers, acquisitions, global market developments, and new product launches. Additionally, he has been an active member of multiple incubators, accelerators, startups, committees, and boards of directors.
For the last 11 years, Luis has been teaching leadership skills, effective communication, sales, international marketing, eCommerce, and coaching executives and business owners to reach high performance, fulfillment, and purpose levels. His effective Exponential Transformation methodology has resulted from studying the successful habits of great leaders throughout the years and defining the right mindset to empower the individual. He is also the author of "The Secret Success Methodology" and Corporación, Sobreviviendo la Jungla.

Jason has over 16 years of professional experience in a variety of roles ranging from Finance, Operations, Sales, Information Systems and Supply Chain, leading numerous global and international teams successfully throughout his career and is an award winning business plan author.
Additionally, Jason has served as both an advisor and partner in several successful start-ups and small businesses from a number of diverse industries including, payment processing, real estate and brick-and-mortar retail operations. During his career, Jason had the opportunity to live and work in Switzerland working directly for the senior management of a multi-billion dollar corporation on a number of profitable strategic projects.
Jason has a passion and expertise for leveraging technology, strategic planning and leadership development and takes great pride assisting his clients reach new levels of achievement and success. Jason graduated from the University of Central Florida in 2003 with degrees in both Finance and Management of Information Systems and obtained his MBA from the University of Miami in 2008 graduating at the top of his class with honors.
Neil Malloy, Consultant
Mr. Malloy has spent more than 40 years of his career at SIDERURGICA VENEZOLANA SIVENSA, the largest publicly traded industrial holding company in Venezuela. SIVENSA’s operating assets were expropriated by the Venezuelan government in 2012, currently in litigation with the Venezuelan government with regard to appropriate compensation. Most of his career at SIVENSA was in the financial area serving as chief Financial Officer for over 25 years.
Currently, he is the chairman of INTERNATIONAL BRIQUETTE HOLDINGS, a publicly traded division of SIVENSA, while serving as a director of: SIDERURGICA VENEZOLANA SIVENSA FONEMED (a telemedicine company operating in the US and Canadian market) TELESALUD INTERNATIONAL (a telemedicine company operating in Colombia, Peru, and Venezuela)OTEPI (an engineering company in the oil and renewable energy sector operating worldwide).Mr. Malloy has served on the Board of Directors of some of largest companies in Latin America: steel (SIDOR), paint (CORIMON), aluminum (VENALUM, BAUXIVEN AND INTERALUMINA), and automotive parts industry (joint ventures of SIVENSA with TRW, KELSEY HAYES, MAREMONT, EATON, and DANA) .
He was president of IVEF (Venezuelan Institute of Financial Executives) between 1989 and 1993.Mr. Malloy holds a BA in Political Science from the University of Pennsylvania, Philadelphia, PA and an MBA from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor, MI.
